Big Tree Gin is distilled in the Macedon Ranges region of Victoria, on Jack’s Springs Farm producing a range of farm crafted small batch Australian gins.

Made with rhubarb freshly picked from our own vegetable garden and nearby neighbour's rhubarb patch. This is a gorgeously refreshing small batch pink gin with a subtle delicate Rhubarb tang. Serve with a splash of good tonic on ice with a fresh slice of ginger or fresh apple.
